Kindly find the list of teams with their details who have submitted their Synopses in SSIP Hackathon portal by now. You are required to facilitate below things to achieve the desired goals. 1. Arrange a meeting of all teams from your campus and motivate them 2. Allocate academic experts from your campus who can mentor them periodically in next few week so that they can make a good project/innovation 3. If the teams need any help from respective industry mentor the SSIP cell, you may connect them for the purpose 4. Nominate faculty members from IT/CS/ECE and allied domains who can further mentor the teams during the hackathon process and afterwards 5. Mail a brief report of your mentoring program to the teams to us at https://goo.gl/forms/6X2PgiJukjmZwihI2 within next 10 days. We intend to provide best possible support to each of these 500 plus teams so that they can effectively apply their skills and develop innovative solutions during the hackathon process. We will also like to keep in touch with the teams after hackathon and provide necessary auxiliary support after the program so that some end solutions can be used on ground.
